More Than 35 Years of Experience

There is no substitute for experience. Mr. Kastner has been in practice for more than 35 years and he has handled thousands of cases and recovered millions of dollars for accident and malpractice victims. Mr. Kastner is AV rated* by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating, and he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the national organization that accepts only the most experienced and respected civil trial lawyers.

Mr. Kastner is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law (1979), where he was a member of the Law Review. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has been a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, the California Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the American Inns of Court and the San Diego Legal Aid Society.

In addition to representing clients, Mr. Kastner has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court, a mediator, and a court-appointed and private arbitrator. He has lectured on trial practice to other lawyers.
